Sterling grew up in a small West Texas town with his roots in a farming and ranching family. Sterling attended Muleshoe High School and graduated from West Texas A&M University earning a Degree in Agricultural Business. After college, Sterling started his career with a private Oil & Gas service company in the Permian Basin, helping build one of the fastest growing O&G service companies in the world through a Management position. In 2014, Sterling met his wife Tinlee in the Oil & Gas industry and the two have since moved to the Texas Hill Country. Sterling enjoys working cattle on family and friend’s ranches, hunting mule deer, rodeo and team roping competitions, cutting horses, and all things outdoors. His positive attitude and energy driven representation allows him to go above and beyond, never settling for less until his client is satisfied. He takes pleasure in helping clients find ideal properties that will one day be passed down to the next generation.
